Think, plan and identify your ideal course by researching our course pages.
Applications are now closed.
If you are eligible, you will receive an offer email with instructions on how to accept the offer (if you are not eligible, you will also receive an email to confirm this).
Once we've made you an offer, log on to your UCAS Track account, add Aston University (A80) and the course UCAS code (found in your offer email) to accept your place. The acceptance deadline can be found in your offer email. If you don't have a UCAS Track account, you can create one at www.ucas.com
Once you have accepted your offer, we aim to confirm your place on the course within one working day. You will see this on your UCAS track.
All students will be required to pay a deposit to secure a place on their chosen course.
This information is provided in your offer letter, along with the details of your payment, including the amount to be paid and the date it will need to be paid by. This deposit amount will then be deducted from your first year’s tuition fees.
Aston offers a number of easy payment options through our online payment platforms. You can make payments via Credit or Debit Card and through the bank transfer platform, where a range of international payment methods are available.
You will receive a welcome email which includes your Aston Student ID number. The ID takes an estimated 6 hours to become live after this email is sent. For students who need to apply for a visa in order to study with us, you will need to complete a Pre-CAS Questionnaire. You will receive a unique link to complete this questionnaire in a system called CAS Shield. This link can take up to 2 working days to generate. If you have not received the link within this time, then please contact our Visa Compliance Team email@example.com quoting your Aston Student ID.
Apply for your accommodation. Please note that you will need your Aston Student ID number for this, which is provided in the welcome email. Normally, you will not be able to apply for accommodation until the day after due to the need for systems to synchronise.
We look forward to welcoming you to Aston University in September.
Aston University has been named ‘University of the Year’ by The Guardian. The prestigious accolade comes just weeks after we rose to number 30 in the rankings of The Guardian University Guide 2021 – a league table that focuses on student satisfaction, graduate employment and quality of teaching.
