Student Welfare

Student Welfare

Helping you feel good in mind, body and spirit.

At Aston University, we prioritize student and staff health and wellness. Whether you’re experiencing a pastoral or welfare issue, we are here to provide a range of services to help overcome your concerns.

All members of the Aston community - students, staff, and visitors to our physical campus or digital spaces - should feel welcome and safe here.

If you have experienced something that has impacted your safety or sense of belonging at Aston, please report your concerns via our Report+Support platform.

Report+Support

Reports can be submitted either anonymously or with contact details. We will take action following an anonymous report if possible, but we will not be able to share our response with you unless you share your identity with us.

Reports are reviewed by a small group of specialist staff, trained to respond to sensitive matters with empathy and respect. While we always strive to prioritize the confidentiality of those who have submitted or been named in a report, there may be occasions when we will need to escalate concerns, depending on the nature of the incident.

We believe that through this process we are able to promote and protect a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect for all members of the Aston community.
