We provide free advice on general HR issues within a business, as well as assisting with the drafting of documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
We cannot act for you in Employment Tribunals or litigated matters.

We carry out free intellectual property health checks for businesses. We also host training sessions and support with drafting materials to increase awareness of intellectual property issues.

We can assist with issues such as reviewing a lease for a business taking on its first premises, making sure that a new website has an appropriate privacy policy, drafting standard terms and conditions of business or looking over a business plan to flag any legal issues.
