How to apply

Before starting your application, please make sure you have the following:

Copies of your university transcripts, for each year of study
If you haven’t completed your degree yet, please submit the grades that you have achieved so far. If necessary, certified English translations of all documents should be provided
Copies of your English language qualifications (please check our English Language Requirements)
A copy of your passport

One you have emailed us your completed application form and documents, our Admissions team aim to respond to your agent via email within 48 hours.

1. Choose a course

Choose your ideal course by researching our course pages. Remember to check the entry requirements for the course and English language requirements if applicable.

2. Apply now

Once you have selected your course:

Download our application form [PDF, 93KB].
Complete the application form and gather the documents requested.
Email the completed form and documents to apply@london.aston.ac.uk.

Please ensure you email all the documents we ask for in the form.

Our Admissions team will then assess your application. Our team will aim to make a decision within 48 hours, however during busier periods this may take longer.

3. Offer

If you are successful, you will receive an offer email with instructions on how to accept the offer. If you are not successful, you will also receive an email to confirm this.

4. Accepting your offer and confirming your place

To accept your place on the course you will need to meet all the remaining conditions, including payment of the deposit/registration fee or proof of government sponsorship. Only once all conditions have been met, can your place be confirmed; although once the deposit is paid we will hold a place for you.

To pay your deposit please see the details outlined in your offer letter and always quote your Aston application ID so that we can identify the payment and match it with your application.

5. Complete pre-CAS questionnaire (International Students only)

If you are an international student, you must complete the pre-CAS questionnaire. This is required for us to issue a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) to support your visa application.

6. Apply for visa (International students only)

If you are an international student, you will need a student visa to study a full-time course in the UK.

If you accept our offer of a place to study at Aston London, our team of qualified immigration advisers will be able to advise you on a range of visa and immigration issues, and help you apply for your Student visa. This is a free service.
