Aston University has been unveiled as a key sponsor for the West Midlands Leadership Awards in March 2022.
Entries for the awards are now open to all companies who want to celebrate their own leader’s qualities at the top of businesses across the West Midlands as we push on towards a post-pandemic future.
The 2022 West Midlands Leadership awards categories are:

Emerging Entrepreneur Leader
Diversity and Inclusion Leader
Professional Services Leader

Non-Executive Leader
Company Leader (up to 100 employees)
Company Leader (100+ employees)
Overall leader (no nominations)
The deadline for entries is Friday 7 January 2022.
A panel of judges will decide the winners at Aston University on 21 January.
The West Midlands business community will be able to come together to celebrate the best in business leadership on 31 March 2022 from 18:30 at Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham city centre.
Dr Lloyd Parsons, director of Executive MBA Programmes at Aston Business School and one of the judges on the panel, said:
