The Aston Pay Supplement is a non-contractual, discretionary additional payment which may be paid following an annual review pay review. The supplement is designed to ensure that Aston’s rates of pay are fair and compare with the rates recommended by the Living Wage Foundation, or are adjusted so that differences in pay based on levels of responsibility are maintained.
The current rates of supplementation apply with effect from 1 February 2023:
