Implementation of Remaining 2024/25 Pay Award
On 1 August 2024, a £900 increase was applied to all pay points as the first stage of the 2024/25 pay award. Effective from 1 March 2025, we are implementing the second and final phase. Together, these two separate pay uplifts (including the £900) result in a year-on-year (compared to 1 August 2023) increase of between 2.5% and 5.7% across different National Spine Points.
