On-Demand Classes

Our very own instructors have recorded some workouts for you to do at a time that suits you. There's no need to book or turn up at a certain time just choose your workout and hit play.

You can find them all on our YouTube channel.


Class descriptions

For health and safety reasons you will not be able to join a class once the warm-up section has been completed. Please make sure you wear the correct clothing and footwear to the classes. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to take part.

Studio Cycling

Classes simulate riding on various types of terrain such as hills and flat roads by adjusting the resistance on your bike. This class will increase your stamina levels and is a great calorie burner.

Hatha Yoga

You will move through a number of poses, holding them for varying periods of time. This style works all muscle groups effectively.

Thighs, Tums & Bums

A great toning class that targets the lower body focusing on your thighs, buttocks and abdominals.


This class involves dance moves set to Latin music. Fun, energising and easy to follow regardless of your fitness level.

Fast Abs

Your abs are an important area to maintain but often get neglected. This quick 30min class will focus on getting them in top shape ready for your holidays.

Stretch and Tone

A fantastic class to unwind ready for the weekend. This class helps to develop and maintain flexibility.

Ashtanga Yoga

Movement is synchronised with deep rhythmic breathing as you travel through a series of therapeutic yoga postures, building a deep heat throughout the body.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

This class is based on short high-intensity training followed by lower-intensity exercises. This type of training is bound to make you sweat.

Fitness Pilates

Pilates, but with added intensity! Great for strengthening the core whilst using functional fitness variations of the traditional Pilates movements.

Speed & Agility

Training drills are designed to work all leg and core muscles. This class is great for all sports enthusiasts, at any level.


A series of bodyweight exercises designed to enhance your core strength and joint mobility.


Can’t decide between Yoga and Pilates? Then try Yogalates. Yogalates is superb for flexibility, muscle toning and endurance.


An aerobics class combining upper and lower body movements to burn calories, improve fitness and tone muscles.

Spin & Conditioning 

With the use of aerobic exercise, weights and our Spin Bikes, Body Conditioning aims to increase your strength and tone your body.

Cardio Abs

A cardiovascular class that includes core conditioning and intervals along the way to keep you challenged.

Cardio Combat

Cardio class mixed in with boxing will help to tone the body while improving hand-eye coordination, endurance, timing and balance.


A series of exercises to be completed consecutively with the aim to strengthen various muscle groups. The quick pace and constant change of exercises can improve endurance and body conditioning.


A total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and finish it off with 10 minutes of core exercises.

Boot Camp

An intense military-style fitness class involving circuits designed to push you to the limits. It is designed to work on numerous muscle groups as well as cardio.

Express Abs

This quick 15-minute class will target your abs and get them into top shape.


Lasting just 40 minutes, our Dynamic class combines functional training with aerobic activity. The class is based on the HIIT (High-intensity interval training) method and includes exercises that accelerate your metabolism so that you continue burning calories for up to 48 hours after training. People of all different fitness levels can take part in the class together because we use an individual's real-time heart rate to estimate intensity.
