Whether you are a member or pay as you go for the pool and classes our app is a great way to keep up to date with all the timetables.

You need to have an account or membership with us before you can log in to the app. If you don't have an account you can phone us on 0121 204 4623 to set one up.

Get the Sport Aston App here. The University is currently experiencing an issue with apps on Apple devices. The Sport Aston app is affected by this and Digital Services are dealing with the issue. Please contact them if you have any questions about when the app will be available again.

What can I use the app for?

In the app you can:

  • Book classes
  • Book activities such as badminton, squash, football etc.
  • See your upcoming bookings
  • View the swimming pool timetable
  • View the sauna and steam timetable
  • Find out our opening times
  • Get the latest news, information and training tips
  • See how the Aston student sports clubs are doing in their weekly fixtures
I already have a membership, can I use the app?

Yes - As long as we have your email address registered members can download and use the app straight away. After you have downloaded it just scroll to to the bottom of the app and click 'Reset Your Password'. Once you have reset your password you can login with your email and new password.

If you don't have an email address registered you will need to provide us with one so you can use it to login.

My membership has expired can I still use the app?

Yes - As long as we have your email address registered you can still use our app to book classes and activities, view timetables or buy a new membership even if your current membership has expired.

Can non-members book activities on the app?

Yes - if you have booked something with us before and have an email address registered with us you will be able to reset your password and log in to the app.

If you do not have account with us you will need to phone us on 0121 204 4623 to set one up.

Can I book and pay later?

No - bookings made on the app will require payment to be made at the time of booking. 

How many days in advance can I book on the app?

On the app you can book:

  • Activities up to 9 days in advance
  • Classes up to 1 day in advance
