Healthcare imaging experts based in the heart of the city

Aston University Imaging offers the latest in outpatient MRI technology, conducted by highly skilled professionals.

We operate one of the most advanced 3T MRI scanners (Siemens PRISMA). A 3 Tesla MRI scanner uses a more powerful magnet than a 1.5 Tesla system, resulting in images of a higher quality and reduced scan times.  3T MRI is ideal for musculoskeletal and neuro imaging as it provides greater detail in both structure and function where minute details are essential to aide diagnosis.

This means that structures such as internal organs, joint surfaces, cartilage, ligaments and muscles can be seen in greater detail. We offer scans of all body parts, full spinal, ankle, knee and full body if required.

Who can access our MRI services?

We take referrals via Healthcare Professionals; however, patients can get in touch with us to discuss an appointment if they have been referred. We accept self-funding patients or those with private medical insurance.
