Following the success of the 12-week Help to Grow: Management Course, we have now launched Help to Grow: Management Essentials.

This self-guided, online course consists of a series of bite-sized videos and supporting resources. It also acts as a great introduction to the Help to Grow: Management Course.

There are several short videos which you can consume at your own pace.

Ready to get started? Complete the short registration form to get instant access.

Ease yourself in: Our first few videos are purposely designed to be an easy watch. Once you start, we’re sure you’ll be inspired to work your way through the first module, or the whole two-hour programme if you’re feeling really motivated!

Flexible learning at your pace: Nobody’s watching the clock, or logging time. You can work through the three modules entirely at your own pace. Little but often is a great rule of thumb to keep your mind focused and your learning brain engaged.

Schedule in a regular time slot: We find it helps to book out some regular time in your schedule each week and try your best to stick with it. This way you’ll keep the learning momentum going and boost your knowledge in a matter of weeks.

Support is on hand: Technical issues or problems accessing the platform? Take a look at our course FAQ page or contact our team at essentials@smallbusinesscharter.org who will be happy to help.
