For the third consecutive year, Aston University has been ranked in the top 100 universities for business and management studies globally.

QS, the global university rankings authority for careers and education, has ranked Aston amongst the world's elite universities following assessment of the university's academic and employer reputation, as well as research impact.

Aston Business School holds the gold standard of ‘triple-crown’ accreditation from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS, and this latest top 100 position reflects further evidence of Aston University’s achievements in business and management studies, across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study.

Students at Aston Business School have the opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. A key feature of Aston’s business and management degrees is an emphasis on practical experience and exposure to businesses and employers.

A professional development programme known as Aston Global Advantage is delivered to all business and management postgraduate students, focusing on social and personal aspects of business as well as offering opportunities to work or study abroad. Undergraduate students have the opportunity to take an integrated work or study placement in the UK or abroad to enhance employability skills.

Aston was named 'University of the Year' 2020 by the Guardian and Outstanding Entrepreneurial University by the Times Higher Education Awards 2020. The Aston MBA has also been ranked in the top 100 in the world by The Economist Which MBA 2021.

Professor Pawan Budhwar, Head of Aston Business School, said: "I am delighted that we have been recognised as a top 100 university for business and management studies worldwide. It is even more special as we’ve occupied a place in the top 100 for three consecutive years now. This demonstrates the consistent level of high-quality teaching and research that’s undertaken at Aston, as well as the strong reputation we have developed with employers globally.”
