Recognising and supporting outstanding students
We're investing over £1 million in scholarships to help you achieve your career ambitions here at Aston University.
We have a range of international scholarships to recognise your academic, professional, and personal experience. There are three main levels of scholarships, which are open to all international students.
To apply for a scholarship, you will need to apply for an Aston University course first. Once you have received an offer to study an Aston University course, you can then log into your My Aston Portal (MAP) account, where you will find a link to the scholarship application form. Details on how to access your MAP account can be found in your offer email.
This is our most prestigious scholarship of £8,000, available to postgraduate students. We are looking for the most outstanding students who have achieved exceptional academic results and can demonstrate a passion for their subject through professional work experience, volunteering, or extracurricular projects and activities.
This scholarship of £3,000 is for students who want to be the future face of Aston University. We are looking for 25 students who can represent us on the global stage and tell future generations of students what Aston is like. You will be proud, passionate, and a great communicator. You must be a keen user of social media with ambitions to become an international social media influencer. As well as receiving the scholarship, you will also be given priority consideration for paid work with the international marketing and recruitment team, which will provide valuable work experience.
These automatic scholarships of between £2,000 and £5,000 are available to postgraduate students who achieve high grades. If your current or predicted qualifications meet our criteria, you will be offered a scholarship automatically to recognize your hard work. All you need to do is apply for your chosen course, and if you are eligible, you will receive a scholarship offer alongside the offer for your course.
