About the speakers:
Alumna Zoë Kibbey is the Inclusion and Diversity Associate Director at Accenture. She completed her degree at Aston in 1996 and joined Accenture straight after graduation, working on Technology consulting projects and finding her true purpose building one of the most Inclusive and Diverse companies in the world. Gavin, also an Aston graduate, joined Accenture in 2011 after 15 years in the defence industry. Gavin leads Accenture’s UK Ethnicity priority and is a passionate advocate for the advancement of under-represented groups as a means of creating a better and more inclusive society for everyone.
