Leadership Matters is an event series tailored for Aston alumni, MBA students, and external guests. Combining meaningful networking opportunities with insightful discussions, it delivers practical strategies and fresh perspectives from top industry leaders. Attendees will explore best practices and navigate the real-world challenges of effective leadership. The theme for our first session is Leading with Impact.
The event, which will begin with a panel discussion and will conclude with a networking session, will be hosted by Paul Jones (Teaching Fellow, Human Resource Management and Work Psychology).
