Our mission:

We live and work in a fast-paced environment, and sometimes we forget that our health and wellbeing is something we need to be concerned about.

Convinced of the importance to maintain a healthy work-life balance and to help us to care for our health even when dealing with critical deadlines and work commitment the EAS School has set up as a Health & Wellbeing Committee: Engineering Health.

The Engineering Health mandate is to enhance the health and wellbeing of each of us, the staff.

This is not an imposed initiative; it's an opportunity to makes our lives, particularly our working lives, even better.

Our structure and membership

The Engineering Health committee is formed of 3 specialised wellbeing groups:

  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Physical Wellbeing
  • Social and Environmental Wellbeing

The detail of membership, group objectives and focus is available in the "I want to view tile section below".

Everyone is welcome to join and come along with any of the activities and events organised.

The Engineering Health committee meets quarterly, with at least a representant of each of the specific wellbeing group to promote, lead and encourage actions to improve the EAS staff wellness.

If you want to take part and/or support one of our group, please contact the head of group you are interested in joining or the Committee Chair Sandrine FABRIS:
