We have an active congregation of students who organise social activities. You will be made very welcome. For more information contact the chaplain on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Reflexology is a treatment done primarily on the feet which involves massaging pressure points on the feet which correspond to different parts of the body. Again this is a non-invasive therapy and will only require you to remove your footwear (including socks and tights, though for preference wear socks or other easy to remove hosiery).
Indian head massage is a non-invasive from of massage that can be done through the clothes and covers the face, head, neck, shoulders and upper arms. It is from Vedic teachings and stimulates the pressure points (known as marma points) in these areas. It is good for relieving tension in the head, neck and shoulders which can often get tensed due to stress.
Although these are low health risk therapies if you have any major medical issues contact your GP first.
Rob Stacey is a qualified holistic therapist who has over thirteen years of experience in the field. If you fear that you may fall asleep in one of these treatments do not worry as he considers it a compliment.
