Tuesday | Indian Head Massage or Reflexology | 12:00pm - 3:00pm every 2nd Tuesday of the month | MLK Multi-Faith Centre | Relax with a free Indian Head massage or reflexology session with Chaplain Rob Stacey, a qualified therapist. Booking required. Please email chaplaincy@aston.ac.uk for availability. Please arrive 5 minutes before start time. |

Wednesday | MLK Parents and Carers Support Group | 1:00pm - 2:00pm | Multi-Faith Centre, Luther room | MLK Parents and Carers Support Group is here to provide an opportunity for parents and carers to come together to share experiences, discuss challenges and strategies, provide each other informal mutual support, or just relax and chat. MLK Parents and Carers Support Group will meet in the Luther room in Martin Luther King Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Centre from 1:00pm to 2:00pm every Wednesday during term time. Please come along and join us. Free tea/coffee and biscuits will be available. |

Friday | Heart-fullness Meditation | 2:30pm - 3:20pm | Online Chaplaincy | Heart-fullness for Wellbeing is a process where one shifts from the complexity of the mind to the simplicity of the heart by using guided imagery to tap into our imagination, and help the body self-heal from problems such as anxiety, pain, phobias, trauma, stress, depression, addiction, anger, feelings of inadequacy, and to improve performance.
