After the ceremony
Things to do after the graduation ceremony has taken place
Once you have been awarded and all validation checks have been made, you will receive a personalised link which will allow you to order your degree certificate online and track the progress of your order.
Postgraduate students will also usually receive a diploma supplement with their certificate. The diploma supplement provides additional information about your degree, including module grades.
Undergraduate students will also usually receive a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) upon graduation. The HEAR is an electronic document only and graduands will receive an email inviting them to register to receive the HEAR prior to graduation. The HEAR provides additional information about your degree, including module grades.
Please note, if you do not order your certificate via MAP, you will not receive your certificate as we do not know the correct address to post the certificate to.
If you have outstanding debts to the University the certificate will not be available until all debts are cleared.
