This area is designed to assist with Solve, Aston's Self-Help portal. It will contain duplicates of some of our important articles that relate to account issues.

The reasoning behind this is if a member of staff or student loses the ability to log into Solve, then this area can be viewed without logging in and still allow the user to potentially fix most common issues. Digital Services Helpdesk are always available to help, but we are also enabling the user to empower themselves by using Self-Help in the first instance. This helps to alleviate pressure on the Helpdesk at busier times.
