A KTP differs from other graduate schemes in that it allows you to gain personalised, on-the-job training alongside further qualifications. Projects and companies involved in KTP span every sector and discipline, so there’s a huge choice of roles.

You’ll also manage your own training budget, which means you get to decide the specific courses that will benefit you most. And 10 percent of the overall project duration will be allocated to further develop personal and professional skills. In addition, all Associates are automatically enrolled onto the KTP Diploma in Management Programme – a degree-level, industry-recognised qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
