Green Advantage Programme

What does the programme include?

Through eight expert-led workshops, peer networking, and personalised one-to-one coaching, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to embed sustainability into every part of your organisation. You’ll also gain tailored support to develop your Sustainability Roadmap.

Who is this programme for?

Open to business leaders across the UK, Green Advantage offers a powerful springboard for sustainable business growth and community impact. From digital agencies and violinists to corporate manufacturers, businesses across many industries have completed the course, proving that sustainability is a growing priority for all sectors.

Participating companies and organisations include Mars UK, Handelsbanken, National Grid, Shrewsbury Town Council, Mills & Reeve, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, West Midlands Fire Service, Dudley College, Telford College, Manufacturing Technology Centre, and Metal Assemblies, alongside many successful small businesses from across the West Midlands.

We’ve worked with 42+ different sectors and industries, demonstrating the relevance of sustainability across a wide range of organisations.

What is the cost of the programme?

The usual costs for the programme are: 

• Large organisations (more than 249 employees): £2,950
• SMEs (240 employees or fewer)/Third sector: £1,265

Important details to note:

 

1. All dates and sessions are subject to change; a confirmed final list of all details will be shared with the verified cohort. 

2. Attendance is mandatory at all sessions. 

3. Up to four hours of 1-2-1 coaching will be provided in addition to these sessions, and you must be able to make yourself available to receive coaching across the duration of the programme.

4. Online workshops: a Wi-Fi connection and laptop are required and details of how to join will be shared in advance of the workshop.
