We asked MSc Information Systems and Business Analysis student, Ibrahim Oluwa, about his time at Aston University.
Here's what he said...
Attracted by Aston Business school's triple accreditation, Ibrahim Oluwa's decision to study at Aston University was founded upon its "recognition" and innovative teaching methods. He wanted a course that would "further develop his professional career" and hone both his "information technology" and "entrepreneurial" skills. As the MSc Information Systems and Business Analysis programme blends both fields, it seemed like a perfect choice.
The central location of Aston University in Birmingham further solidified his choice. When considering where to settle within the UK, he explained that Birmingham had always been "at heart".
He particularly enjoyed the activities which were included on the course. He reflected saying his favourite aspect was the "manner of delivery."
We asked Ibrahim what his advice would be for future students. He reminded students not to forget to enjoy their time as they complete their studies, urging them to "have fun".
Speaking from experience, he said that selling yourself to employees when you graduate was extremely important, as the "benefits are massive." He added: "Master the act of selling your Masters!"
