It gives you the opportunity to meet the Programme Director, Kirit Vaidya, who embodies a wealth of knowledge and expert experience leading on this programme, along with module leaders who provide insights and guidance based on their expertise. You can ask questions related to practical matters related to joining our programme. Programme Director, Kirit Vaidya, introduces the 'Developing an Innovative and Entrepreneurial Mindset' module. He also discusses experiential learning which is incorporated into the MBA programme through business simulations and challenges. 

Two current students, Kabir and Aruna, also share their experiences of the module and provide insight into their reasons for pursuing an MBA.

Yasmin Ansari, MBA Careers Consultant, explores the topic of future work and the changes that will inevitably occur to ways of working, including the rise of artificial intelligence. 

With such changes come demand for new capabilities, and she talks about how engaging with the Aston Edge module will allow students to develop essential skills that they need to stay ahead.

Crafting strategy 

Tony Henry, module leader, provides a taster session of his Crafting Strategy module, an integral part of the MBA programme. He discusses what we mean by ‘strategy’ and the process by which companies form a strategic management framework. He identifies the role of visions, missions, and values in guiding organisational behaviour.  Programme Director, Kirit Vaidya, joins Tony to discuss other aspects of the Full-time MBA and to answer questions from prospective students.
