Transcripts

For Alumni Who Graduated After May 2020
Aston University has issued digital transcripts through GradIntel since May 2020. Alumni can access and share their transcripts and award documents free of charge by following the instructions here: Verifying Your Award Documents | Aston University. 

If you need a hard copy of your award documents, you can order them through the Aston Store.

For Alumni Who Graduated Before May 2020
All transcript and certificate requests for alumni who graduated before May 2020 must be made through the Aston Store. 

Degree Certificates

If you have lost your degree certificate, you can request a replacement using this link.

You can also contact our Student Records team in Academic Services directly at reg_studentrecords@aston.ac.uk to request a replacement certificate.
