"I applied and was honored to be selected as the Head of Speakers and Performers for TEDxAston", Park shared. In this leadership role, he had the opportunity to connect with and recruit speakers from around the world, culminating in the successful organisation and hosting of the TEDx event 'Chrysalis Chronicles'. Park added:

It was a privilege to organise and host the captivating TEDx event with the TEDxAston team."

Internship opportunities

Park also seized the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship, opting to work with the City of Birmingham Rockets Basketball Club. This internship played a crucial role in his academic journey, forming the basis of his dissertation. He explained:

The Club's transition from a non-profit entity to a commercial company, particularly as they were promoted to the top league, became the focus of my research on commercialisation strategies.

This invaluable opportunity stemmed from connections I made through Aston University, underscoring the significance of networking in facilitating such enriching experiences."
