Corinna Fletcher

Corinna joins Aston University from Group Lotus, where she held the role of Group Organisational Development Director, supporting the global growth of Lotus Group - Lotus Cars, Lotus Global Commercial, Lotus Digital and Lotus Life in the UK, US, China and across Europe and the Middle East.

In this role, Corinna focused on developing innovative people-centred solutions to support the business strategy during a time of significant transformation.

Prior to Lotus, Corinna ran a consultancy supporting strategic planning for several FTSE organisations and her earlier career was in the pharmaceutical industry with AstraZeneca and GSK, working in the UK and the US as a senior manager across a range of HR domains.
