We offer a range of scholarships to ensure that anyone who is qualified to come to Aston University can do so, regardless of their financial circumstances. We also offer a scholarship for students with AAB or above at A Level (or particular grades from a list of other qualifications) and placement scholarships.

There are two types of student loans to help you cover the costs of university: tuition fee loans and living cost loans (also called maintenance loans).
You only start to pay these loans back when you finish your course and earn over £21,000.
Apply for your student loan
If you’re a new full-time student and your household income is £42,600 or less, you could qualify for a living cost grant (also called a maintenance grant).
If you have any questions about applying for student finance or your eligibility for funding, you can get in touch with Kim Jones in the Hub who will be able to advise you.
