Schools & Colleges Liaison Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy and Charges
All our Conferences, Masterclasses, Pre-16 Guest Lectures, Challenge Days and University Visit Days are free to attend, however due to the large number of events that we co-ordinate on campus and the limited number of places available please note that Schools & Colleges Liaison have a cancellation and non-attendance policy in place.
The Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy and charges do not apply to the Aston University Open Days or the Birmingham UCAS Higher Education Convention which is held at Aston University.
For all events held on campus we require at least a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to cancel your attendance or any places you have previously booked. For all cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice a cancellation charge will be incurred.
If the number of students attending an event on campus falls below 75% of the number of places booked then a non-attendance charge will be incurred.
