Aston University has various procedures that students will need to follow if they ever need to make a complaint. This will depend on the nature of the complaint: it may be that a student would like to appeal against an assessment result, or they may wish to complain about another student or member of staff.
Although we acknowledge that parents may become frustrated on behalf of their son/daughter, the complaints procedure is for students only. We ask parents to concentrate on supporting their son/daughter to follow the correct procedure if the need ever arises.
