Campus & Accommodation

All teaching is carried out on our compact, flat campus, on which all our student accommodation is based. The distance from our student accommodation to most teaching facilities is usually no more than 400 metres. Most buildings are equipped with lifts and kerbs have been lowered to allow ease of access for wheelchair users.

Please contact the Disability Co-ordinator for a copy of our ‘Campus Accessibility Guide’ or to check accessibility of specific campus locations.

Accommodation

have a number of specially adapted rooms on campus in Lakeside, William Murdoch and James Watt Residences. Once granted, you are guaranteed accommodation for the duration of your course. Rooms are available which have ground floor/lift access, larger floor space, en suite bathrooms, vibrating alert/doorbell systems, shower seats, grab rails and hoists, for example.

Please discuss your individual needs with the Accommodation Officer once you have been made an offer by the University. You are also welcome to view the accommodation before or after you apply so that you can see the campus and discuss arrangements well in advance.
