Why Aston?

Degree Apprenticeships at Aston
Education is nothing without experience. We’ve championed this ethos since 1895 when we began working with business and industry to nurture students into professionals with skills as well as knowledge.

Six reasons why Aston should be your choice for degree apprenticeships

First for degree apprenticeships

The original university for degree apprenticeships

We led the way by becoming the first university in the UK to offer degree apprenticeships in 2015. Through a close partnership with tech consultants Capgemini we launched the Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship.

High achieving graduates

Delivering high achievers

We are also the first university to have degree apprentice alumni who graduated in July 2017 and are continuing to make waves at Capgemini. Of the 11 Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship graduates in the first cohort, 64 per cent achieved a first class degree.
