The apprenticeship also includes an end point assessment, which consists of a review of their final project and portfolio, followed by an interview with three people representing Aston University, the employer, and an independent assessor.

The duration of the programme can range from three to four and a half years, depending on the apprentice’s management experience. Presently, there are two entry points - March and September.
