Psychological Wellbeing

Psychological wellbeing relates to positive mental states, such as happiness or satisfaction.  If you are content, or satisfied with your life, your psychological wellbeing will be quite high.  In addition to things which give us a transitory state of happiness, things which we need to achieve positive psychological wellbeing include:   

> Sense of purpose
> Sense of achievement
> Work/life balance
> Sense of satisfaction
> Recognition
