Delivering a High Performance Culture
In January 2012 we launched Aston People 2020, a new Human Resources Strategy, to ensure Aston could deliver the high performance culture necessary to achieve Aston’s overarching strategy, Forward 2020. Our aim is to create a dynamic, inspiring and challenging culture in which we can excel; one which support innovation and creativity, and where the work of individuals and teams is recognised and rewarded.
The latest update to Aston People 2020 details the achievements in the first nine months of implementation, and the priorities during 2012/13. Human Resources will take a lead in many of these priorities; however, all staff need to feel engaged with Aston’s culture, and take personal responsibility for the activities and discussions which will flow from this work. By working together we can achieve the ambitions of Aston 2020.
