December Payroll Cut Offs and Payday

With the University being closed over the Christmas period, please note that the HR and payroll deadlines are earlier than normal.

All changes to monthly salaries will need to be with HR by Monday 4 December to allow time for processing. All weekly payroll changes need to be with payroll by Monday 18 December.

December payday is Friday 22 December. 

Please note that the cut-off date for submission of Online Expenses and Casual Timesheets has also been brought forward to Monday 11th December 2017. Please ensure that all expenses and timesheets are approved by this date for payment in December. All claims approved after this date will be processed in the January 2018 payroll.

Human Resources Structure May 2017

The HR Office can be found on the 7th floor of the Main Building in room MB716. 

From the lower foyer, take the red sky lift to the 7th floor main building, or the blue sky lift to the 10th floor south wing. From the upper foyer, take the D lift.
