New aerobics classes starting

New aerobic classes start this week

Starting this week is Sport Aston's full aerobics programme.

New this year are ‘Circuits’ classes and back by popular demand are ‘Thighs, Bums & Tums’, ‘Studio Cycling’, ‘Aquafit’, ‘Fat Burner’ and ‘Body Conditioning’.

Prices for classes are the same as last year – just £2.20 per class. Or you could save money by purchasing a ’12 for 10’ card and get 2 classes free.

Full aerobics timetable 

9 week yoga courses start again next week. This year Sport Aston has its biggest programme ever running. There's two new yoga courses – ‘Pilates’ and ‘Ashtanga Yoga’ - as well as favourites ‘Hatha Yoga’, ‘Dynamic Yoga’ and ‘Yogalates’. Courses are on a first come first serve basis so book early to avoid disappointment. Yoga is great for the body and mind and can be great for relieving stress at this very busy time for us all! The 9 week course costs £25.50 and bookings can be made from Woodcock (ext 4623) or Gem Sports Centre (ext 4626).
