The Royal Society is inviting proposals for its 2011 Summer Science Exhibition which will be held at the Royal Society in London from 5 - 10 July 2011.
The 2011 Exhibition offers a unique opportunity to showcase your cutting edge research to the public, secondary school students, policy makers, MPs, representatives from funding bodies, research councils and industry as well as the wider community. Over 5000 members of the public and 2000 school students are expected to attend, with tens of thousands more visiting online via the Exhibition's website.
The Royal Society's selection committee, chaired by Professor John Pickett FRS, will select between 20-25 teams to share the excitement of their research with a wider audience.
The call for proposals for exhibits for the 2011 Summer Science Exhibition is now open. The deadline for proposals is Wednesday 20 October 2010.
