Come along as a group of friends or as an individual and feel the energy and passion our instructors put into the classes.
Class need to be booked on the day by getting a ticket from reception. Try to get one at least 15/20mins before the start time to avoid missing out. If you arrive late you may be refused entry to the class due to health and safety. A correct warm up is important and it helps to prevent injury.

Term 1 Course of Hatha Yoga: Asana + Pranayama + Relaxation
Start Date: 13th October
One session each week every Thursday evening from 17:15-18:15
The course of Hatha Yoga will be offering the blend of physical (Asana) and breathing practice (Pranayama), as well as relaxation.
Those who sign up should wear a long-sleeved top and a pair of socks to the class.

Classes can only be booked on the day. Just come along to the Sir Doug Ellis Woodcock Reception 15-20 minutes before each class to buy your ticket. You must take your ticket to the class and hand it to the instructor to make sure you are allowed in.
For health and safety reasons you will not be able to join a class once the warm up section has been completed. Please make sure you wear the correct clothing and footwear to the classes. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to take part.
Aqua Aerobics (Ladies Only)
Suitable for all levels. This class is an excellent low impact cardiovascular and muscle toning workout using water as resistance. No swimming skills are necessary to attend this class.
Classes simulate riding on various types of terrain such as hills and flat roads by adjusting the resistance on your bike. This class will increase your stamina levels and is a great calorie burner.
During a Hatha yoga session, the practitioner will move through a number of poses, holding them for varying amounts of time and working in a set order to ensure that muscle groups are slowly warmed up and evenly worked.
Full body toning combined with a cardiovascular workout. Incorporates a variety of exercises using hand weights, body bars and other fitness equipment. This is great for your fitness levels.

A great toning class that targets the lower body focusing on your thighs, buttocks and abdominals.
This class involves dance moves set to Latin music. Fun, energising and easy to follow regardless of your fitness level. Join the party!
Your abs are an important area to maintain but often get neglected. This quick 20min class will focus on getting them in top shape ready for you holidays.
Stretch and Tone
A fantastic class to get you started in the morning. This class helps to develop and maintain flexibility.
Movement is synchronised with deep rhythmic breathing as you travel through set series of therapeutic yoga postures, building a deep heat throughout the body.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This class is based on short high intensity training followed by lower intensity exercises. This type of training can give you some superb results. You will know you have had a workout after this class.
An exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Classes focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
A high energy martial arts inspired aerobics workout suitable for all levels. This class will increase your stamina levels and is a great calorie burner.

Total Tone Fit Mix
A total body workout using a variety of equipment focusing on those hard to shape areas.
Jitter Blast is an intense total-booty dance fitness workout that mixes kicking, plyometric movement, and core building exercises. Using high energy moves from Swing dances like Lindy Hop and Charleston, and vintage Jazz with some classic Hollywood Film dance moves thrown in.
