You don't need a membership to take part in the Fitness and Yoga Classes. You can choose to pay per class, get a 12 for 10 class card or classes are included in a gold gym membership. We offer a wide variety of different sessions to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Group Fitness Classes are a great way to keep fit and stay motivated. Come along as a group of friends or as an individual and be motivated to exercise. There are limited spaces available for each class so arrive in plenty of time (15-20mins before the start of the class) to get a ticket and avoid missing out.
Class need to be booked on the day of the class by getting a ticket from The Sir Doug Ellis Woodcock Sports Centre Reception. After 5 minutes of the class starting you will not be allowed to participate due to health and safety. The warm up is an important part of the class and it helps to prevent injury.
