30 April 2013 Aston University is ranked 27th in the UK in the Complete University Guide 2014 with three subject areas rated among the UK’s top 10.
Aston has risen 7 places from 34th last year in the independent Guide, which provides a comprehensive overview of 124 universities and HE Institutions across nine performance factors. These areas of assessment include student satisfaction, graduate prospects, entry standards and student to staff teaching ratios.
Aston University is ranked 15th in the UK for ‘graduate prospects’ and has three top ten rankings in the subject tables of the 2014 Guide;
Ophthalmics (equal 2nd)
Pharmacology & Pharmacy (7th)
Aston has a further five subjects ranked in the Guide’s subject top 20;
