Dr Becky Mallaband
Lecturer in Product Design
School of Engineering & Applied Science
Mechanical Engineering & Design
Becky is a lecturer in product design and a researcher in user centred design. Her specialist area is domestic energy, although she applies her knowledge to a range of subject areas.
Her work includes studying user behaviour and feedback, and applying the findings to the design of technology, products or systems.
Other research includes developing best practice and tools for cross-disciplinary socio-technical research.
