International Orientation - Wednesday 16th – Friday 18th September:

International Orientation is your opportunity to sort out the practicalities of moving to another country, such as opening a bank account, finding out about accessing healthcare and getting used to a new culture and language.

You are expected to attend this week, so please make your travel arrangements in plenty of time.

Don't forget, there will be even more fun activities organised during Freshers' Week, where you will have several opportunities to meet and socialise with UK students who will be starting at Aston University too.

For all new UK, EU and international students

Freshers' Week Monday 21st – Friday 25th September:

Freshers' Week includes something for everyone, and is attended by all new students, as the UK students will arrive to join the international and EU students who arrived last week.

This week includes induction activities to make sure you are ready for your first day of lectures. It also provides a valuable opportunity to find your way around and start to make friends, to ensure the best possible experience for your time at Aston.

Remember, Freshers' Week is for everyone – whether you’re a mature student, have a disability, commute in to campus or if you’ve never left home before – we have a variety of events in place to help you settle in. So make sure you check out what's on and get involved with as many activities as you like!
