Car parking

The University is unable to offer car parking facilities for its students, whether to students resident on site or travelling in daily. Birmingham city centre has excellent public transport links including a ‘short hop’ bus ride from the shopping area using buses 14, 92 or 93. There are daytime pay and display car parks immediately adjacent to campus at Millennium Point as well as car parks run by the NCP company and by Aston Science Park, for which season tickets may be purchased.

Aston University campus is close to dozens of bus routes as well as within 15 minutes walk of all three mainline rail stations in the city centre: Birmingham New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill (Snow Hill is also the terminus of the Midland Metro tram service from the west of the city). Student Travel Cards for the city and region offer excellent value for money.

Students who have a medical reason are invited to contact the Disability Team by emailing disabilityteam@aston.ac.uk

Students with a welfare reason are invited to contact Jill Wilson, Manager of the Hub for an application form. a.j.wilson@aston.ac.uk
