An opportunity for postgraduates to share their research, and to receive feedback on it, in a friendly and supportive environment. The event is followed by the Aston Corpus Symposium the next day, enabling postgraduates to stay on and attend presentations by more established corpus researchers.
Papers can be submitted on any corpus related topic
Abstracts (maximum length 300 words) plus bibliographical references to be sent to email@example.com by Monday 19th April
Accepted file formats are .doc and .pdf
Author’s name, affiliation, and contact details to be provided in a separate attachment
Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by Monday 10th May
Presentation length: 20 minutes
Presenters will also be invited to submit a 3,000-word paper to be published here
