We aim to make our resources and facilities accessible to all users of the Library. Here you can find information about specific services for library users with a disability or other additional need:
Please ask any member of Library staff for help if required.
Alternatively, if you would like to discuss your individual requirements please contact Anne Perkins, tel. 0121 204 4492, email email@example.com.
Please consider declaring your disability to us. This ensures that we can give you the right kind of support. All information will be kept in the strictest confidence. You may also discuss your Library needs in confidence with the Disability Team, tel. 0121 204 4711, email firstname.lastname@example.org , who can then ask the Library to set up additional services on your behalf.
If you require your Study Support Worker to access Library services on your behalf, please complete an 'Authorisation for Use of Library Services' memo. This is also available from the Help desk on the ground floor of the Library and it will need to be produced at all times when visiting the Library.
Contacting the Library
You can telephone, fax, post or email us with your enquiry.
Access to the Library building
There are lifts to all floors of the Library.
There are adapted toilets in the Library accessed with a RADAR key. If you require a key, this is available from the Library Reception desk.
Please let us know what you think about the Library’s services, facilities and staff. We are always evaluating our services to you, so if you have any ideas on improvements, please contact us. You can complete one of our comments forms (available from Library Help desks) or our online form.
