The Myopia Management Meeting is aimed at optometrists and contact lens opticians in practice with an interest in myopia management and control in children.

The day brings together a wide range of international speakers who are experts in their field.

The day will consist of introductory lectures to the topic areas followed by discussion groups facilitated by the speakers.

Topics covered include:

Current knowledge of myopia development

Current thinking in terms of myopia management and control

Use of soft dual focus and/or multifocal contact lenses, orthokeratology, atropine, spectacles for myopia control.

There will be the opportunity for delegates to speak with the experts and ask your own specific questions.

How to find us. Please pay special attention to the walking route to the university campus from the Birmingham New Street station when travelling by train. In case you are travelling by car, you can book parking as part of the registration process or alternatively we can recommend parking at the Millennium Point Car Park near the campus.
