Student IT Services

The Student IT Services list is here as a first port of call for when you have a problem with, or need some more information about, one of the services ISA provide.

If you can't find the information you are after please call in at our Helpdesk and let them know.  They will do their best to help you and also make a note that we need to add this to the guide.

The ISA Helpdesk is the single point of contact for all ICT related queries.  This includes: 

  • Requests for IT support 
  • General IT advice 
  • Reporting IT faults or problems 
  • Help using the computing facilities 
  • uniCARD Problems 
  • Printing
