- Word: Customise keyboard shortcuts
- Excel: Have you tried using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+; (Hold down the Ctrl key and press semi-colon) in an empty cell?
- Excel: Use the Analysis ToolPak to perform complex data analysis
- Outlook: Instead of clicking the 'To' button to search for an email address, try typing part of the name and pressing Ctrl+k or clicking the Check Names button
- Outlook: Take Outlook Meeting Notes using OneNote
