Entourage 2008 and Outlook 2011 client supports synchronising Mail, Contacts and Calendar information with Exchange.
Before making any changes to your computer, ensure you backup all data.

If you're using Entourage, to install support for Exchange, ensure you have the latest updates for Office 2008, then download and install the Entourage, Web Services Edition update from the Microsoft Web site. If you're using Outlook 2011 you don't need to do anything.
To begin setup of Exchange, open Entourage/Outlook. If it’s the first time you’ve used it the Setup Assistant should open. Otherwise, go to Account Settings, and choose New>Mail in the Accounts window.
In the Setup Up a Mail Account window, enter the following information:
E-mail address: Your firstname.lastname@example.org
Select My account is on an Exchange server.
After completing these details, Click the right arrow to continue.
As part of the setup process, you will be asked to enter your account information. In the Account Information window, enter the following details:
Domain: Leave blank
Account ID: Your email@example.com
Password: Your normal University password
If you want the computer to remember these details, choose Save password in my Mac OS keychain.
After the discovery for setting is completed, you should see the message Automatic Configuration Succeeded. To confirm the information, click the right arrow to continue.
On the Verify and Complete Settings page, you should see your account information displayed.
On the Verify Settings page, click Verify My Settings. You should see the message Your account settings have been successfully verified. Click the right arrow to continue and complete setup.
After a few minutes, you should begin to see your Exchange inbox in Entourage. It may take a while for a local copy of your mailbox to download and synchronise with Exchange.
